JOB DESCRIPTION
-Support Project Managers on project documentations, system entries and ensure compliance to ARTC project management process and best practices.
-Responsible for managing the life cycle R&D projects and product delivery by planning, organizing, executing, and evaluating from conception to completion.
-Ensure successful delivery of project scope and targets while managing project risk, quality, delivery, scope, schedule, and budget.
-Collaborate and motivate project team members in the design, development, and delivery of R&D solutions to customers.
-Drive design / process validation testing and ensure compliance to project lifecycle governance requirements.
-Ability to demonstrate a good level of understanding of technical/engineering processes in managing the project development with the project teams.
-Lead, monitor and report the progress of a few projects to all internal and external stakeholders.
-Manage and implement project changes and interventions to achieve project deliverables and mitigate risk.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
-Diploma in any engineering / project management related discipline
-More than 3 years of project management/coordination experience in product development or research project would be preferable
-Proactive team player and technically motivated to solve problems, innovate and deliver to internal and external customers
-Good interpersonal and communication skills
