Main Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day front desk reception duties.
- Attend to phone call inquiries.
- Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
- Provide support in the booking appointment/meeting room, and other related duties.
- Ensure pantry stocks are replenished regularly
- Perform administrative duties such as sorting of documents, filing, data entry, binding, and scanning, etc
- Maintain order and tidiness of the reception area.
- Receive, sort, and distribute the mail
- Arranging couriers
- Ad hoc job duties as assigned
