Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Assist in organizing and executing major sports events as planned by the respective sections
- Liaise and correspond with section sub-committee on the preparation of games & activities.
- Daily inspection of the respective facilities under their assigned sports committees
- Administration and reconciliation of Sports and Recreation activities and respective section finances daily. Report to and assist the Sports & Recreation (S&R) Manager in ensuring all events and facilities are managed and looked after in accordance with the Club’s policies and operating procedures
- Manage Section portfolios as assigned by the S&R Manager
- Daily inspection of the respective facilities under their assigned sports committees
- Provide support across S&R Sections as and when required.
- Record and prepare minutes of respective Section Sub-Committee meeting(s).
- Assist to liaise with S&R Convenors and sub-committees for Section meetings, functions, S&R activities and non-competitive events from recreation sub-section.
- Any other tasks that may be assigned by the S&R Manager.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma in Sports Management (Diplomas in any other fields will be considered).
- Well-organized with good communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
