Within the Power Grids service area, the Asset Management department is focused on delivering services for electricity utilities that spans across the asset lifecycle. The services we provide are most commonly techno-economical and provides the utilities with the decision making support for asset maintenance and replacement activities. Beyond these services, the department is focused on enabling digitalisation by providing advisory support in digital asset management, advisory in investment for digitalisation and digital transformation.

The role of senior/ principal consultant within the Asset Management department plays a pivotal role in advising our clients on optimising their asset lifecycle strategies. You will leverage your deep industry knowledge and consulting experience to deliver tailored solutions to improve the core KPIs of our customers (operational efficiency, reliability, cost effectiveness, etc)
Your day to day could be focused on the following responsibilities
Strategic consulting in providing expert guidance to electricity utilities on asset management practices, including asset performance optimisation, asset investment planning, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
Asset Lifecycle Management projects to develop and provide implementation advisory for comprehensive asset lifecycle strategies that with align with business objectives and regulatory requirements
Client engagement to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understand their unique challenges and delivering solutions that add value.
Project leadership in leading multidisciplinary teams in executing complex projects to ensure deliverables are on time within budget and meeting client expectations. This role offers the candidate the opportunity to leverage their experience and expertise from the industry to further enable the energy transition. As a successful candidate you bring in:
- Bachelors or MSc in engineering, preferably with experience in power generation, transmission or distribution
- Knowledge and understanding of core technical areas of asset lifecycle management, power systems, or other relevant utility or industry experience
- Verbal and written communication in English (other languages are a plus)
