Job Responsibilities:
- Provide sales and admin support to the team
- Attend to sales inquiries
- Handle shipment and receipt of products, materials, and supplies
- Prepare sales quotation and service reports
- Assist in materials, goods, and product’s sourcing
- Keep track on submission timeline and sales report completion
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management
Job Requirements:
- A professional education certificate in any field
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in the same role
- Excellent communication skills, independent, and a team player
- Able to work in fast paced environment and multitask
- Good coordination and time management skills
