We are seeking a proactive and experienced Account Manager to join our team. As the Account Manager for Security Systems & Technology, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the construction, facilities management, and attractions industry. You will serve as the main point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and strategic objectives.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to understand their security needs and requirements.
- Act as a consultant to clients, offering expert advice on security solutions and recommending appropriate products and services.
- Collaborate with the technical team to develop customized security proposals and solutions that meet client specifications.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients, ensuring profitability and alignment with company goals.
- Monitor project progress and serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular meetings and presentations to update clients on project status, new products, and industry trends.
- Prepare reports and forecasts on account status, sales activities, and potential opportunities for management review.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in account management and sales within the security systems or related industry.
- Familiarity with the construction, attractions, and facilities management industries, with an understanding of their security challenges and requirements.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities for business expansion and client retention.
- Experience in preparing and delivering presentations to clients and stakeholders.
