Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers through phone, text messages, and email and perform online ordering on behalf of customers.
- To make cold calls to potential corporate customers and promote the Company’s brands.
- Upsell and suggest information about the Company’s wide range of products.
- Promote the company's latest promotion and merchandise.
- To provide customers with timely replies with quotations/invoices and to follow up with the customers.
- Process orders, prepare correspondences, and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Seek and respond to customer feedback and complaints to achieve positive outcomes and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Building and maintaining good rapport with regular customers through marketing promotions and direct mail.
- To ensure other departments are updated with customers’ orders and requests and that they are followed through to provide a positive customer purchasing experience.
