QS Manager
Lead and manage the Quantity Surveying team.
- Oversee cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control activities.
- Review and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Provide guidance on procurement strategies and value engineering.
- Monitor project progress and financial performance.
- Handle claims management and dispute resolution.
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Singapore's construction industry.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of local regulations and construction practices.
- Proficient in cost estimation software and MS Excel.
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
