RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Handle full sets of accounts including data entry into the accounting system.
· AP duties include verifying vendor invoices with supporting documents and issuing payments.
· AR duties include monitoring aging reports, sending Statement of Accounts, following up on outstanding debts, and recording incoming payments.
· Handle funding claims and audit support.
· Handle bank reconciliation and manage cash book.
· GST filing preparation.
· Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and processes for accounting & finance functions.
· Liaising with Operations and external vendors on key accounting-related matters.
· Cross-functional support on ad-hoc reports and/or accounting matters.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Professional qualifications, Diploma and/or Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
· 3-5 Years of Experience.
· Possess a willing-to-learn and proactive attitude.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Experience with construction accounts management is a plus
· 5 days work week
