About the Role
We are seeking experienced Project Managers to join our growing team and lead the implementation of Murex solutions. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring successful project delivery on time, within budget, and meeting all client expectations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and lead project planning sessions, defining the roadmap for project development and execution.
- Manage staffing and resource allocation, including internal teams and external vendors, to optimize project success.
- Define project objectives and scope, working collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and address potential roadblocks.
- Conduct a comprehensive risk analysis to identify potential obstacles and proactively develop mitigation strategies to minimize costs and delays.
- Create a detailed project schedule, outlining project parameters, milestones, and a realistic budget.
- Conduct periodic reviews of project scope, schedule, and costs, utilizing industry best practices to identify and implement necessary adjustments.
- Monitor project performance throughout execution, measuring progress against established baselines and taking corrective actions as needed.
- Manage client and stakeholder expectations through clear communication, maintaining productive and collaborative relationships.
- Oversee project documentation, ensuring all deliverables are comprehensive, accurate, and meet project requirements.
Qualifications
- 10-15 years of total experience with a minimum of 5 years in Project Management positions.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience managing and motivating project teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
Additional Skills (Highly Preferred)
- Experience with MX.3 or other financial software upgrades.
- Knowledge of Murex solutions a strong plus.
