Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily financial operations, including invoicing, payments, and transactions.
- Manage the order-to-cash process, directing Invoicing Executives, maintaining customer credit limits, and updating the sales contract database.
- Analyze and optimize excess and obsolete inventory.
- Develop staff to ensure high morale, motivation, and productivity with a customer service focus.
- Ensure all statutory accounting and taxation are current, with monthly reconciled balance sheets.
- Lead month-end processes: approve journal entries, review reconciliations, and prepare financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with internal control systems and financial regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree
- At least 8 years of relevant experience
- Excellent communication and people management skills
