Redelves Design is a new and upcoming graphic design agency that specializes in creating visual content, and design solutions that communicate our clients’ brand effectively and visually. We provide branding, illustration, and photography services to help our clients to achieve their visual communication goals to enhance their business and solidify their presence.
We are looking for an experienced Director with a background in Graphics Design to spearhead our company’s operations during this exciting infancy stage of our business. You will be instrumental in driving creative excellence as well as be the key person of the company to manage and oversee operations to help the company to achieve our business objectives.
Job Scope:
- Manage and oversee the company’s strategic plans to ensure that the company meets goals and profits
- Oversee the company’s business operations, financial performance, and ventures
- Maintaining positive relations with clients, business associates, and board of directors
- Develop and implanting business plans to promote business growth and facilitate operations
- Ensuring that company policies are clearly communicated and followed
- Assess, manage, and resolve problematic developments and situations
- Lead design projects, manage design teams, and provide creative direction
- Offer guidance to junior designers on design projects, to create impactful visual elements for branding and marketing for our clients
- Ensure designs align with clients’ brand guidelines and project requirements
- Oversee the execution of design projects from concept to completion, ensuring they meet timelines and budgets.
- Allocate and manage design resources, including designers, freelancers, and agencies, to meet project demands
- Staying updated with design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to incorporate innovative design solutions
- Present design concepts and strategies to clients, effectively communicating the vision and rationale behind design decisions
Job requirements:
- Permanent full-time position
- Ability to speak and understand Mandarin to handle clients’ enquiries and showcase presentations in spoken Mandarin.
- Experience in developing and implanting strategic business plans
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Extensive experience in the design industry, with proven track record of successful design projects and leadership roles
- Proficiency in design software
- Strong creativity and communication skills
