- Manage the Director’s calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and projects
- Screen and respond to emails and written correspondence
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and presentations
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Coordinate planning and execution of L&D programs and initiatives
- Assist in developing and implementing L&D strategies and policies
- Manage vendor contracts and relationships for L&D services
- Provide logistical support for L&D events, workshops, and training sessions
- Maintain and update department resources and systems, including databases and software
- Manage and track multiple projects, prioritizing tasks for timely completion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance L&D goals
- Prepare project reports and status updates for the Director and other stakeholders
- Assist with research, data analysis, and report preparation for L&D initiatives
- Coordinate development and implementation of communication plans and outreach initiatives for the L&D department
- Maintain a positive image of the L&D department through effective communication and relationships
Qualifications
- Diploma in a related field
- 3-5 years of experience as an executive assistant or similar administrative role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with executives, stakeholders, and external partners
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
- Experience with L&D or human resource management principles is desirable
