Great position available in Depot Road, as Cafe Assistant for a small cafe with only regular clientelle, this position is for a 5 day work week Monday to Fridays.
- Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Remember customer preferences
- Prepare and serve a varieties of beverages
- Set up cafe, baked goods and food items
- Sells and serves baked goods and miscellaneous food items to customers in a courteous and friendly manner
- Ensure stock supplies are sufficient and inform management when inventories are low, always think of new products to offer our clients
- Ensure that food counters and displays are clean and tidy at all time
- Ensure general cleanliness and hygiene in food prep and storage are in accordance with SFA guidelines
- Ensure general upkeep and maintenance of equipment and appliances
- Ensure proper opening and closing of POS
- Receive and process payments
- Report to the Cafe Manager
- Assist any other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Manager
- Team player, able to work effectively in a team or independently
- Adapt to diverse people and environment
