Job Title: Project Manager (IDP8)
Location: Redhill
Working Hours: Mon to Fri 830am-530pm
Salary: $3500-$4500

Job Description
· Responsible for overseeing multiple project developments, ensuring progress, quality, and cost control.
· Preferably executives specialized in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction, or equivalent.
· Collaborate with internal (senior management, designers, QS, etc.) and external stakeholders (clients, main contractors, etc.) to meet functional, operational, and quality requirements.
· Coordinate with team members and partners to prepare design briefs, appoint consultants, manage master programs, and set financial budgets.
· Monitor construction progress and execute works to ensure smooth handover.
Requirement:
· 5+ years of experience in Design & Build or similar environments as a Project Manager.
· Solid experience in large commercial/corporate office fit-out projects, including MEP knowledge.
· Proficient in MS Office, including Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
· Must be willing to work on-site.
· Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders, ensuring high-quality finishes on time and within budget.
· Ability to manage contractors effectively, work under pressure.
