Accounting duties
- Aggregate and manage store sales data from POS data
- Check and reconcile daily bank deposits and store’s sales data
- Receive and collect invoices and other documents.
- Issue invoices to the suppliers
- Manage payments for purchases and expenses, and prepare payment data
- Check and manage petty cash, employee reimbursements, corporate credit cards, and other expenses
- Liaise with accounting firms and submit documents and handle questions related to the above
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by MD
General Affairs duties
- Receives and dispatches mail
- Manage and purchase stationery such as envelopes, files, clips, etc.
- Manage uniform orders and the issuance of uniforms
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by MD
Job Requirement
- Minimum Diploma in accounting, or relevant field
- Must possess a minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a accounts executive
- In-depth knowledge of accounting process
- Experience using financial / accounting software and MS Excel
- Attention to detail, prioritization skill, and time management
- Quick learner with a positive attitude
