Job Description / Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
~ Operating the Press machine and to produce the required output within the quality control specification.
~ Ensure the press machine is running smoothly and efficiently.
~ To perform troubleshooting and resolve technical issues to minimize the disruption to production.
~ To perform trouble shooting related to defective and quality issue products with timely and effectively.
~ Perform routine service and preventive maintenance of press machine according to the schedule sets.
~ Able to perform change model (change size / change tooling) independently and ensure the products able to meet the quality control specification.
~ Monitor the production wastage and take remedial action when necessary.
~ Maintain an effective communication between shifts
~ Prepare and update the machine maintenance and safety checklist accordingly
~ Assist superior in spare part management
~ To maintain the work area clean, safe and orderly
~ Provide and assist the technical improvement project support when necessary
NTC / Diploma holders, with or without experience are welcome to apply
Willing to work 12 hours shift (rotating schedule), 6:45 to 6:45
