We are in search of a Head Waiter/Waitress who can embody the values that ATIPICO believes in. The Head Waiter/Waitress is to assist the Restaurant Manager especially in the area of restaurant service, and effectively supervise the junior members of the front of house team.
Responsibilities
Deliver efficient and effective service that is aligned with ATIPICO’s standards.
Supervise and manage restaurant staff, including recruitment, training, and scheduling following company policies.
Promptly addressing and resolving any issues or complaints, professionally.
Ensure restaurant guests receives an amazing experience every time.
Ability to learn and have a good knowledge of all food and beverages offered in the restaurant.
Checking back on guests’ feedback and make suggestions on how to improve guests’ dining experience.
Clearing tables during and after meals and processing guest payments.
Assist the restaurant manager with coordination od FOH tasks and operations as and when necessary.
Any adhoc tasks assigned by the Management.
Requirements and skills:
Minimum 3 years of F&B experience
Willingness to work on rotating shifts including weekends and Public Holidays.
Extensive knowledge in food & beverages.
Service-oriented team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Attention to detail is crucial to ensure consistency of service.
Able to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast pace environment
Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
