About the job
This role will report to the HR Manager based in Singapore. Working closely with the business stakeholders, you will:
- Manage end-to-end HR activities including talent acquisition, onboarding and offboarding, performance management and employer branding
- Drive talent acquisition efforts and build a steady talent pipeline for the region
- Point of contact to employees and external vendors for all HR matters
- Develop and implement HR policies and programmes in alignment to business objectives and local legislation
- Support other HR initiatives
Skills and experience required
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years’ of HR experience
- Strong communication skills and relationship management
- Solid knowledge of local labor legislation and practices of Singapore
- Independent and self-motivated
- Collaborative and a team player
