Responsibilities:
- Leads the engineering and design of topsides modules
- Ensures compliance with marine industry standards and safety regulations
- Manages issues across various engineering disciplines (e.g. process, structural, electrical)
- Facilitates seamless communication between engineering
- Oversees topsides projects from concept to execution
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration
- Identifies and addresses risks related to topsides design, fabrication, and installation
- Maintains comprehensive topsides documentation
- Provides regular progress reports
- Continuously improves topsides performance through effective management
- Prioritises safety in all topsides engineering activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Marine Engineering or related engineering disciplines, Diploma holders with relevant experience are welcomed to apply
- Minimum 7 years in EPC projects for topsides engineering, Oil & Gas FPU systems
- Proficient in marine design software, marine regulations and protocols
- Strong leadership and team collaboration
- Able to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment
- Able to motivate in a challenging work environment
- Good in planning, organising, interpersonal skills and able to work independently
- Able to be deployed for long term overseas assignments when required
