Our client is hiring a Senior Sales Executive to seek new business prospects, to cultivate and strengthen connections with new and existing clients and introduce new or alternative products to address their needs. As well, he or she will maintain partnerships with clients. This is a permanent role.
Job Scope:
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients.
· Understand clients' needs, business objectives, and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
· Provide consultation and proposals for indoor plants and landscape solutions.
· Managing new and existing client accounts.
· Act as the point of contact for clients and ensure a seamless and positive experience for clients.
· Focus on acquiring new customers to achieve revenue growth and meet sales targets
· Additionally, aim to achieve revenue retention and growth from existing customers
· Negotiate/close deals and handle customer feedback.
· Work closely with other departments such as operations, accounts, and CRS team.
· Ensure a coordinated approach to client management.
· Share insights and feedback from clients to improve products and services.
- Performance monitoring and reporting:
· Monitor and report on sales performance.
Prerequsities:
- With good sales track record, strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Understand clients' business needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Comfortable in using systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Advantageous: Skilled in utilizing Adobe Photoshop for graphic design and photo editing
- Good in following procedures and workflows
