Job Description
- Recommend research directions and develop new tools and techniques for finding vulnerabilities.
- Mentor new researchers in your field.
- Conduct in-depth research to identify potential attack surfaces for attackers.
- Use reverse engineering and analysis techniques to find vulnerabilities in applications.
- Develop advanced tools to enhance the vulnerability discovery process.
- Stay updated on the latest security research and vulnerability detection techniques.
- Contribute to the local security community through mentoring, blogging, and conferences.
The Successful Applicant
- Proven ability to find bugs in software, hardware, or mobile devices.
- Analyze and prioritize areas for potential vulnerabilities.
- Use various techniques to discover and exploit vulnerabilities.
- Deep understanding of internal workings and exploitation techniques for specific platforms (Windows, Android, etc.).
- History of finding security vulnerabilities for at least 4 years.
For senior Manager roles, we seek candidates with:
- Consistent success in finding and demonstrating security vulnerabilities.
- Experience researching and analyzing complex systems (Windows, Android, iOS, Linux Kernel) and using static and dynamic analysis techniques.
- Proven ability to discover and exploit vulnerabilities in these systems.
