Job Description

Operations and Data Management:

  • Assist with general administrative duties, as assigned for both NUS Enterprise@Singapore Science Park (NE@SSP) and NUS Agritech Centres (NAC) within the Singapore Science Park location
  • Assist in sorting through startup applications, organising and follow-up on startup interviews and review sessions (part of data management).
  • Assist in updating startup incubation database and records.
  • Assist in certain aspects of procurement related to events, programs or marketing such as catering, event set up, flyer/banner printing, etc.
  • Assist in liaising and coordinating with finance team for documentation and processing of bills and invoices related to events, programs or marketing.

Communications and Marketing:

  • Assist with managing the Centre’s (NE@SSP, NAC, NUS-SFA Aquatech Centre) social media e.g. LinkedIn; and website information.
  • Assist with producing collaterals, design and sharing of information related to events and team’s internal or external presentations.

Events, Programs and Tours:

  • Assist with hosting and supporting tours to the Centres (NE@SSP and NAC)
  • Curate, organise, coordinate and execute events and programs relevant to the startup community.
  • Assist with event or tour set up and post-event duties
  • Assist in liaising and coordinating with vendors and service providers to ensure requirements for events, programs, and marketing are fulfilled.

This is an hourly-rated position.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree with at least 2-4 years of working experience in similar capacity
  • Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive individual with a positive work attitude
  • Diligent, systematic, and organized
  • Attentive to details
  • Good knowledge in cost and quality control, resource planning and on-site operations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills – good grasp of written and spoken English mandatory, good knowledge of secondary languages will be an advantage
