Real Estate Financial Anaylst Manager
Job Responsibility
- Investment Modelling: Develop and maintain financial models for various store types to
- Evaluate the performance and viability of retail operations in key SEA countries, and conduct
- Investment viability analysis for various store types and formats
- New Store Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and due diligence for new stores
- Proposed by each country’s real estate team, including modifying the financial models, align
- Key assumptions with various stakeholders, and preparing investment parameters to
- Support decision-making by senior management
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the annual budgeting process by coordinating the capex
- requirements with new store expansion plan from each country
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments, including operations,
- Marketing, and merchandising, to gather data, validate assumptions, and align financia goals with operational strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field is a must. Advanceddegrees or professional certifications such as CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) are highly valued
- Proven experience in financial analysis, with a minimum of 6 years of relevant working experience
- Knowledge of discount cashflow is compulsory.
- Experience in developing financial investment models is essential
- Strong proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting techniques
- Exposure to Southeast Asia (SEA) markets is not required but would be considered an advantageKnowledge of retail operations, market dynamics, and consumer behaviour is a plus
