Our client is one of Singapore’s leading A1 construction firms which has a strong construction portfolio in public and private sector projects. They are looking for Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyors to assist in industrial / HDB building projects. This is a 5 days work week. Tenders / post-contract positions are available.
Job Description:
- Taking care of primary costs and contracts of construction projects, estimating, and planning cost
- Monitor, track change orders, sub-contractors drawing list and materials delivery
- Tender / Post-contract administration and documentation, valuations pricing and agreement of contract variations
- Ensure delivering a successful project within budget, cost and the stipulated time frame.
Requirements:
- Min Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering / Construction Management or relevant field
- Possesses QS experience with building projects
- Demonstrates strong technical competence and excellent time management skills
- Confident individual with excellent interpersonal skills in leading a team.
