Quantity Surveyor (Interior Design)
Job Info:
- Salary: $ 3,000 - $3500 + VB
- Working Time: Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm
- Working Location: Lavender
Responsibilities:
- Assist the designer in reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
- Analyze costs for maintenance and additional building needs, and negotiate with contractors and subcontractors.
- Maintain proper documentation for all tenders.
- Source and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
