Job Description
- Perform drafting and design work.
- Prepares, modifies schematic diagrams, layout, sections, and M&E standard details.
- Prepares 2D and 3D modelling according to client requirements.
- Support the team in required design & drawings production and submission.
- Ensure correct & accurate drawing details before submission.
- Ensure all drawings are prepared in accordance with the standards set by project requirements.
- Deliver / complete drawings on schedule, economically and to client’s satisfaction, and standards.
- Conduct site inspections for as-built update.
- Coordinate with Engineers, client & third parties in preparation of drawings.
Job Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least ITE/Diploma in M&E trade.
- Experienced in Microstation 2D/ Revit 3D modelling/ 2D CAD drafting.
- At least 2 – 3 Year(s) of drafting experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Some electrical design knowledge will be an added advantage.
