What You'll Learn by the End of the Internship:
1. Recruitment Support:
- Assist in posting job vacancies on job boards and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
- Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment experience.
2. Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative assistance to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and maintaining HR documentation.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, interviews, and appointments.
- Other ad-hoc duties as delegated
What We are Looking For:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Prior internship experience in HR or related field is a plus.
