HR Generalist (Kelington Engineering Germany)
- Experience in the full spectrum of HR duties which include recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations well, and general administrative matters.
- Collaborating with Regional HR teams to ensure a seamless delivery of HR services to the organization.
- Manage and process employee payroll and benefits to ensure they are competitive in the market, paid on time, and in line with local legal regulations.
- Assesses training needs, and arranges and monitors the delivery of the training to the organization.
- In charge of the end-to-end process of recruitment and selection.
- Establishment of independent personnel records management by the legislation of Germany (onboarding/ offboarding, sick leave, vacation, etc.)
- Prepare employment contracts, acknowledgment of resignation letters, staff confirmation letters and other HR-related letters.
- End-to-end support for international employees with a wide range of HR matters, including support on related pass applications and tracking of the immigration process for work/residence permits.
- In charge of the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Provide advice and handle all employee inquiries on HR-related matters
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the Superior.
