A leading technology organisation is seeking an Azure Cloud Engineer/ Lead to join their team.
Your new company
You will be responsible for designing and implementing the Microsoft Azure infrastructure of the team. The position will be working closely with cross-function teams to maintain & develop the cloud-based system.
Your new role
As an Azure Cloud Engineer in the engineering team, you will be responsible for:
- Design, implement and maintain Azure cloud-based systems, develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools (i.e. Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform or Azure API tools)
- Collaborate with cross service teams for cloud service integration, support technical teams and work closely with stakeholders
- Implement and enforce security best practices in the AWS environment, enhance cloud infrastructure and data protection of the system
What you'll need to succeed
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant field.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services, solid understanding of cloud architecture best practices and familiar with the latest cloud technologies, knowledge of cloud security & compliance regulations
- Familiarity with Azure cloud, Azure API, Azure monitor, good with database system PostgreSQL, Kafka, Cosmos Elasticsearch
- Knowledge of cloud security tools, including FortiGate firewall, Microsoft Defender.
