Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Greet and interact with customers to create a welcoming store atmosphere.
- Expert Advice: Offer knowledgeable advice and detailed information on our exquisite range of gold and diamond jewelry, helping customers make well-informed purchasing decisions.
- Personalized Assistance: Aid customers in selecting the perfect jewelry pieces that match their needs and preferences.
- Visual Merchandising: Keep our jewelry displays organized and visually appealing, ensuring all items are properly labeled and priced.
- Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism, aiming for swift and satisfactory resolutions.
- Inventory Management: Assist with receiving, inspecting, and restocking merchandise to maintain an optimal inventory.
- Jewelry Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and maintenance to ensure our jewelry pieces are always presented in pristine condition.
Qualifications:
- Previous retail sales experience, ideally in the jewelry industry.
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and special events as needed.
