Event Coordinator Assistant
Working Days & Hours: 5 Day | Mon-Fri: 9am-6pm
Working Location: Expo
Salary Range: $2500-$3000
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinator and manage event preparation and operations for multiple events.
- Provide event administrative and operational support.
- Assist in the planning and execution of events, ensuring that all aspects run smoothly and efficiently.
- Work closely with the operations and sales teams to deliver a seamless and enjoyable experience for our clients.
- Set up events and dismantle events.
- Prepare key reports and paperwork for post-event reporting.
