Job Description: -
- Provides administrative support and materials to various departments and functions, which may include production, quality, procurement and etc
- Maintain open lines of communication with the procurement team to stay updated on supply needs and orders.
- Maintain accurate records of employee schedules, production timelines, and overtime logs.
- Review production orders and software for operation completions
- Lot Travelers preparation for work orders
- Maintain and complete production-related documentation, including work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and production reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Any other ad hoc task as assigned
Job Requirement: -
- Diploma in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years in administrative role, preferably in manufacturing settings
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to details and a high level of accuracy in works
- Proven experience in operations and administrative roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) and Google Drive
- Ability to multitask, Independent and fast learner
- Meticulous and have an eye for details
- Able to commence work immediately or within short notice
