Job Description:
- Process the expense reimbursement
- Providing secretarial and admin support to distribution and investment teams
- Venue and F&B sourcing for meetings and client events
- Premiums/gift packing and inventory management
- Provide support to visitors for visa applications, flight reservations, and hotel bookings
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
