Our Client is looking for a Junior Finance to manage small set of accounts mostly for Not-For-Profit Organization and some small set of accounts.
The generic JD as follows:
Job Summary:
- Updating financial accounts and records, checking accounting records for accuracy, tracking invoices and payments and maintaining a system for organizing company documents.
- Ensuring that transactions are processed promptly and accurately in accordance to the Service Level Agreements with clients
Responsibilities:
- Manage, maintain and administer client’s accounts with a variety of monthly/quarterly/yearly bookkeeping, monthly payroll, GST reporting and payment administration.
- Preparation of clients’ deliverables (i.e. monthly management accounts, reporting packages, schedules)
- Assist clients with accounting related issues.
- Manage queries and provide support during audit exercises.
- Any ad-hoc internal assignments.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accountancy and above
- Work experiences in business outsourcing would be an added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Able to work independently to organize and prioritize work with minimum supervision.
