Job Description
- Fieldwork preparation (materials, equipment, training materials, etc.) and support (conduct interviews)
- Questionnaire formatting / programming
- Assist with conducting surveyor training / briefing
- Attend and respond to enquires over email, telephone and text messages
- Prepare progress reports
- Assist with data verification / QC checks
- Assist with drafting report and presentation slides
- More experienced candidates may be involved in account management
- Career progression to Project Executive (Operations) position
Requirement:
- Diploma in marketing, business admin, psychology and related field
- Must be familiar with MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Bilingual in English and another language (written and spoken)
- Experience with Customer Service advantageous
- Experience/ working knowledge of SPSS is preferred
- Some working experience in admin role preferred
- An interest and knowledge in web-interface and some programming would be highly beneficial.
- Well organized and has good interpersonal skills
- Able to multitask and meet deadlines
