Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive specializing in luxury furniture to join our prestigious team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales of high-end furniture pieces, maintaining client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service in our showroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Showcase luxury furniture pieces to prospective clients in the showroom.
- Understand client needs and preferences to recommend suitable furniture selections.
- Provide detailed product information, including materials, craftsmanship, and design features.
- Collaborate with interior designers and architects to furnish luxury residential and commercial spaces.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through personalized service and follow-up.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Process sales orders and ensure accurate documentation and timely delivery.
- Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to clients.
- Participate in furniture exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to promote the brand and expand the client base.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
