Roles and Responsibilities:
**1. Marketing Campaign Execution
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, print, and in-person events.
- Implement strategies to promote SmartCares’ services, including laptop repair, trade-ins, and pickup/delivery services, education support program and so on.
**2. Brand Building and market opening
- Provide brand strageties to increase the awareness of the brand
- Work with business to explore and open new markets to increase the brand’s market share
**3. Content Creation
- Create compelling content for social media, email newsletters, blog posts, and promotional materials.
- Ensure all content aligns with the company’s brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
**4. Social Media Management
- Manage SmartCares’ social media accounts, including content scheduling, posting, and engaging with followers.
- Monitor social media trends and competitors to optimize SmartCares’ social media presence.
**5. Advertising and Promotion
- Assist in the creation and placement of ads for all projects, especially on SmartCares related projects.
- Design and distribute promotional materials such as posters, flyers, banners and table tents.
**6. Customer Engagement
- Respond to customer inquiries on social media and other online platforms.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve marketing strategies.
- Increase positive customer reviews and feedback through our official channels
**7. Market Research
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the laptop repair industry.
- Analyze competitors and gather insights to refine marketing tactics.
**8. Event Coordination
- Support the organization and execution of marketing events, workshops, and promotional activities.
- Ensure successful event setup, operation, and follow-up.
**9. SEO and Website Management
- Assist in optimizing the company website for search engines (SEO).
- Update website content regularly to reflect current promotions and services.
**10. Reporting and Analysis
- Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Use data analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies and suggest improvements.
- Provide marketing to sales conversion analysis and work on improvements to increase conversion rates
**11. Collaboration
- Work closely with the operation team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Basic knowledge of SEO.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
