Facility & Admin Executive will be responsible for overseeing the following:
- Lease management (out lease)
- Office beautification/renovation (construction and renovation)
- Utility management (electricity, water, phone and internet)
- Purchase of items (stationeries, pantry, refreshments, cleaning items, IT Accessories, office equipment)
- Strong Room and Records Destruction
- Monitor admin subscriptions
- Ensure the cleanliness in the workplace and facilities are operational
- Facility Upkeep and Maintenance
- Reporting of damage to company property (office furniture & admin equipment, facility)
- Manage admin owned software to ensure full control on the functionality, access security, information and transactions running in the system
Education Required:
- Minimum Diploma in business administration, management, or a related field
Experience Required:
- At least 1 year of experience in admin function
- Experience in building maintenance is an advantage

- Proficient in Microsoft office ad computer literate
