Cost Controller
Job Description:
Perform day to day cost engineering duties
Reviews project costing, contract document and budget against contractor invoices work completion report
Coordinates with Construction Team for their project budget and other cost related matters
Prepares and compiles project budget report
Reviews contractor invoices work completion report and man-hours claimed against completion
Prepares and compiles project KPI, work completion and cost to-date report
Checking of document attached with the invoices are in-place (timesheet, worklist, work order, etc)
Onsite evaluation of project progress
Other duties as assigned by Head Of Department
Requirement:
Bachelors degree in Engineering, or related disciplines
4 years of working experience in Project Management and Costing
Good numeracy skills and high attention to details
Strong computer proficiency skills in MS Office
Strong leadership and supervisory skills
A team player with good communication skills
Meticulous and attentive to details
