Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Manager
Description
Experienced in managing interface for design and construction of tranist project and have full understanding of transit project and have full understanding of design approval process and TFP/TOP process
The coordinator Manager shall take charge of all co ordination work of civil, architectural and System wide contractors (SWC)s and be responsible to manage project coordinators relating to civil/structural, architectural and E&M
Manage/coordination work with sub contractor
Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
At least 8 year(s) of working experience in managing Civll & Structural, Architectural and /or E&M Building
Service work of similar scale and complexity
Knowledge of BIM/DGN/Auto Cad will be an advantage.
Must have post LTA Project Experience
Preferably Managers specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
