Duties & Responsibilities:-
- Manage the daily job schedule in respect to the objectives assigned by the Operation Manager;
- Lead continuous improvement of his/her perimeter;
- Be responsible for induction of Trace2 system to all Drivers and attendants;
- Define training plans in order to develop team autonomy and improvement spirit;
- Plan & organize daily schedule to ensure the task able to be perform deliveries and services;
- Liaison between Drivers, Customers and sales team;
- Have the ability to maintain Trace2 system accuracy and daily service log;
- Resolve and actively communicate with Drivers in a satisfactory and timely manner of any system issues as they occur;
- Perform site visit to provide support & guidance to Drivers and dispatch team;
- Work with Operation Manager and IT Department to provide solutions for more effective and efficient schedule output;
- Jointly coordinates with Dispatch team to resolve problem and improve quality of service schedule; Optimize routes, manages and determines route actions and assuring route completion;
- To perform other tasks that contributes to the smooth daily operation;
- Undertake ad-hoc projects as and when assigned by Management;
- Transport allowance $500 provided;
- 5.5 days work (Alternate Saturday 8:30am - 12:30pm)
