We are seeking a motivated self-starter for an entry level administrative position in our company. You will be part of a core administrative support team and will be trained in HR & Admin, Purchasing, Leasing and Customer Service.
You will work closely with the HR, Facility and Leasing teams, so strong communications skills are a must. We strongly prefer proactive & hardworking candidates that are able to manage a broad scope of work duties.
Your responsibilities may include one or more of the following areas:
- Information/record management including maintaining date and records
- Support in office management and general administration duties
- Coordinate and support the team's workflows and processes
Job requirement:
- Min GCE A Level / Diploma holder
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially Excel
- Resourceful, independent and self-motivated
- Good communication and co-ordination skills
- Able to multi-task
