Job Description
- Provide consultation and understand the hiring needs of the medical manpower department (Clinical Associates, Medical officers, Resident Physicians, Registrars, Consultants).
- To source suitable and qualified medical doctors via job application portals, posting in medical journals, and using headhunting methods.
- To work together with the talent team to formulate a recruitment plan for attracting qualified foreign doctors
- Conduct face-to-face, phone, and online interviews to assess the suitability of doctors
- To deliver CVs and resumes, gather suitability feedback, post-interview assessments and handle offer stages and outcomes with candidate & client
- Coordinate & cooperate with international partner recruitment agencies for overseas recruitment events/drives
- Prepare candidate document submission for Singapore Medical Council (SMC) and Specialist Accreditation Body (SAB) applications (Provisional, Temporary, Conditional, Full Reg)
- Provide career guidance and support to medical doctors during their job application journey
- Managing the entire recruitment process from interviewing to onboarding the successful hire into Singapore
- Coordinate with work pass and logistic team to ensure smooth onboarding
- To work with senior management on recruitment strategy for the medical recruitment division and any other related task
Requirements
- Possess a diploma/degree in any discipline
- Has at least 2 years of experience working as a doctor recruiter or in the medical recruitment team as an HR or HRBP
- Must be comfortable to travel abroad for recruitment events with clients
- Must possess knowledge in document compliance to meet SMC/SAB
