- Oversee and manage the project schedule and milestones delivery
- Provide direction in programme and technical matters
- Formulate processes to handle project matters
- Ensure readiness of all delivery submission to the customers.
- Manage the progress meetings, design reviews, etc.
- Involve in conflict management and resolution
- Perform incident analysis and identify issues
- Provide solution and assessment to resolve system design or system engineering issues
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering / Computing / Communication. Preferably with PMP certification.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in large scale defence programme management or equivalent.
- Rich experience in project coordination and people management
- Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, MS Visio
- Strong in presentation skills with good networking & interpersonal skillsets
- Knowledge in Project Management & System Engineering will be an added advantage
