Job Description:
- Assist in formulating and communicating L&D related policies, plans and budgets
- Identify and implement strategies to attract, develop and retain talent
- Participate in campus fairs for graduate engineers and intern intake
- Administer internal and external training program
- Monitor and manage training records and employee learning progress
- Facilitate staff orientation and briefings for new hires
- Collaborate with hiring managers on recruitment needs, aligning with manpower plan
- Support HR solutions development and implementation
- Provide support on other HR functions and areas as assigned by the HR Manager
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management, ACTA or equivalent.
- Proven HR experience, especially in L&D and recruitment, preferably in construction industry
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous, detailed and able to handle confidential information
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
