As a Sales Account Manager, you will be managing and processing potential leads via the Company’s online booking platforms, as well as service assigned client accounts. You will report to the Director of Online Services and Experience Management. You must possess desired specific experience with lead generations and customer relationship development. You must have proven sales track records.
- Conduct sales calls and sales servicing of assigned accounts
- Increase sales revenue via online sales queries channel
- Manage leads that come in via the company online booking platforms
- Manage online sales queries by following up with these queries in accordance to SLA (includes preparing, presenting proposal and contracting with clients)
- Attend site visits, pre-conference planning meetings, and appropriate venue meetings as necessary to support the customer event experience
- Effectively prepare and present quotes and proposal to clients
Skills and Requirements:
- Experienced in front-line customer service (B2B)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Able to converse in Mandarin, to support our Mandarin-speaking clients based throughout the APAC region
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks and deliverables
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Savvy in digital marketing tools
- Able to work in a team but also happy to work independently
- Highly flexible and adaptable to continuous change and growth
- Must be available to work flexible hours, late evening and weekend when needed.
