Job Description:
- Assist the sales team as support and point of contact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage data in spreadsheets and reports
- Keep records and reports up to date
- Organize and schedule meetings and events
- Handle technical issues in their area of expertise
- Carry out clerical duties, including answering phones and preparing documents
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- At least 1 year of work experience in Operations or similar role
