Responsibilities:
- Using all possible sources including (but not limited to) the internet, research and identify Singapore-based companies and filter their appropriate decision makers for contacting.
- Make contact with these prospects via email, cold calling, direct mail, or other means.
- Develop and continuously improve on effective scripts and messages to convince these prospects to consider CTSG, by arranging sales appointment.
- To maintain a database of prospects contacted and leads generated for future follow-up.
- With leads assigned to the Sales Managers, follow up with them to obtain regular updates on their status.
- Provide sales support to Sales Manager.
- Handle reports assigned by management.
- Develop a good working understanding of CTSG’s products and services and selling strategies.
- Attend lead generation and sales training for ongoing skills development.
- Any other ad hoc sales administrations duties assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant inside sales support / representative experience, preferably with Telco or IT (Software) background
- Working knowledge of telecommunications and products
- Savvy Internet researcher of companies and contacts
- Familiarity with using customer databases/systems
- Excellent cold calling skills
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills both in English and Chinese (to liaise and handle queries and feedback from Mandarin speaking associates and customers)
- Self-motivated, pro-active and persevering
