Our client, a leading MNC manufacturing located at Pasir Panjang currently looking for Sales Support Executive to join the dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Process purchase order
- Process invoices for services and products
- Account Receivable follow up on payment and reporting
- Arrange logistics for import and export
- Coordinate with the sales team on the sales related activities
- Manage budgets, resource allocation, and project schedules
- Ensure projects are executed within scope, timelines, and budget constraints
- Source and onboarding supplier for project execution
- Prepare monthly cashflow forecast for portfolio of projects
- Manage and reorder tools for project outages usage
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, environmental, and industry regulations on all projects
Requirements:
- Diploma in any field
- At least 2 years of working experience in relevant capacity
- Ability to work well under pressure/in a fast-paced working environment
- Responsible, meticulous in keeping things organized
- Able to act flexibly according to various projects and situation
